Terms and Conditions (for all reservations during December)
1. All deposits are non-refundable.2. Christmas day bookings must be paid in full by 6th December 2006. 3. Your confirmed numbers are the numbers charged for. 4. On all reservations minimum charge of £ 8.00 per person applies. 5. All reservation will be treated as tentative and will only be held until the first party wanting the same slot pays the deposit and not for more than 14 days, whichever occurs first. 6. All Alterations to a booking must be confirmed in writing. 7. No deposits will be transferable and used for other products. 8. A cancellation charge of the amount received by the restaurant, or part thereof, will be made in the event of all or part of the booking being amended or cancelled by the client. 9. All details are correct at the time of going to press but maybe subject to alterations without prior notice. 10. All prices quoted include VAT at 17.5%. 11. Service charge of 10% is levied at our restaurant. 12. Restaurant may require you to commence dining at a certain time and to kindly vacate in a maximum of 3 hours. You will be advised of this constraint in advance if that is necessary. 13. The whole group must choose from the luxury or economy festive menu or economy plus festive menu. Mixing is not permitted. 14. Luxury or Economy or Economy Plus menu may not be available as indicated if any other large group has already booked one or the other menu at the time of your booking.
