  1. Masala Fried Parsnips (Parsnips cut into chunks, coated in spices & pan fried until the spices form a crunchy exterior.)
  2. Railway Venison Curry (Scottish venison cooked in a delightful curry )
  3. Chicken Tikka in a Whisky Masala Sauce (Chicken nuggets smoked in our charcoal tandoor. The chicken is then cooked together with a Whisky masala sauce.)
  4. Halibut Mouli – Halibut steak cooked in a mild coconut milk. (A halibut steak cooked in coconut milk (mild))
  5. Bombay Tatties & Sprouts (Brussel Sprouts & Bombay Tatties slow cooked in tomatoes , spices & fenugreek leaves)
